The other is on a monument dedicated to fireman, Lieutenant Marvin Strohman.  At the corner gather the information from the large stone planter which has Marilyn Hardacre's Mayoral term:

The solved coordinates are at the end of a driveway with a parking lot.  This appears to be either a business, church, or possibly an apartment.  The solved coordinates are less than 2 miles from the posted coordinates, so they meet that requirement.

The description states that the final cache is not at or near the posted coordinates.  Also, several logs mention driving to a different location.  Zuma!'s log talks about GZ being near a garden.  An entrance garden can be seen in the satellite photo, and it is very close to GZ.

Therefore, the solved coordinates look reasonable.
