YOU WILL BE ABLE TO COME UP WITH MULTIPLE WORDS BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE ARRANGEMENT THAT WILL COMPLETE IT.

TO OPEN THE Down The Middle PDF USE THE LETTERS IN THE TURQUOISE SQUARE'S STARTING FROM TOP TO THE BOTTOM. (PASSWORD WILL BE 26 LETTERS LONG ALL LOWERCASE)

2.  Solve the puzzle.

The solution to this one is very straightforward, yet a little maddening because there are o many wrong turns one can take.  Our approach was to identify the places where the least common letters could be placed, then fill in the rest.

3.  Get the Coordinates.

As with many of this CO's puzzles, the answer you are looking for in the puzzle is not a derivation of the Coordinates, but rather a password used to open the PDF File, which gives you the coordinates straight out.
