1. Print out the original grid, or copy it to a spreadsheet. Then number the rows.
2. Highlight the letters in Row 1 with a unique color.
You will use this information to count how many positions you had to shift each column to find a message that you can read.
3. Shift the columns down until a message starts to appear, just below row 10.
4. For each column, move the letters that shifted off the bottom of the grid up to the top of the grid.
Now there is a message that you can read.
"Hello to all fellow cachers out there.
I hope that the solving of this puzzle was not too hard.
Also, this message has no point."
5. Count how many positions each column had to move down to make the message.
This gives you the minutes for your solved coordinates.
6. Put your solved coordinates together.
